Hainan Haide Industry (SZSE: 000567) announced on May 16 that its two controlling shareholders were acquired by Wintime Investment Holding, for which the actual controllers are Wang Guangxi and his wife Guo Tianshu.
Founded in April 2002 and with registered capital of CNY 1.54 billion, Wintime Investment is the large shareholder Wintime Energy (SHSE: 600157).
The move will help Wang Guangxi and his wife to increase the number of A-share listed members to three ones, such as Haide, Wintime Energy and Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical (SHSE: 600513).
