CieloStar has introduced a private health insurance and benefits exchange, CieloChoice, to help navigate the full range of health care and other benefits.
Employers, associations, affinity groups and brokers can use CieloChoice to offer employees and members as a one-stop online marketplace to shop for insurance.
Coupled with competitive price comparisons, CieloChoice also provides a variety of insurance plans including health, dental, medical, vision and more for consumers, while helping them create a plan based on their specific needs and budget.
CieloStar CEO Dr. John Reynolds said employers have been steadily migrating to defined contributions plans, rather than shifting more costs, assessing annual health care spending, and evaluating plan utilization since the Affordable Care Act was passed in 2010.
"Our exchange tools help educate people to make the most informed and beneficial decisions when it comes to selecting health insurance and other benefits, which is a must for the growing number of large and mid-sized groups offering defined contribution and other benefits," Reynolds added.
